Shipping policy

International orders are shipped in Pashtush Branded Hard Paper Pouches. Pre-paid domestic (within India) orders are shipped in Pashtush Wooden Look Gift Boxes.

Domestic Shipping (within India)

All orders confirmed on the website are shipped within a period 3 working days. We will ship your courier with the best suited courier service for your pin-code. Cash on delivery is available at more than 200 pincodes within India. Currently we ship using Fedex, Dtdc, Aramex Delhivery, Ecomexpress and India Post. Delhivery is usually completed in less than 7 working days however shipping to remote areas can take longer depending on the pincode.

International Shipping (outside India)

All orders confirmed on the website are shipped within a period 3 working days. We will ship your courier with the best suited courier service for your zip-code. Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.
Our International Shipping Partners are Fedex and DHL. Depending on the distance your parcel might reach you within 15 working days from the date of shipping. For certain regions shipping may take longer. We only ship via best renowned shipping companies that have live order tracking so that you have details of your package at every step.

All disputes are subject to Amritsar Jurisdiction only.
