If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- An email is to be sent by you to info@pashtush.com informing about your intention to return a product.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- All tags and labels should be intact and in original condition along with the original invoice.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item this process can take upto 4 working days. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of electronic payment). The refund amount shall appear in your bank statement within 10-15 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
For orders that were paid using cash on delivery, the refund would be sent in the form of coupon code or store credit which shall be valid for upto 1 year from the date of issue of store credit.
Total amount of discount availed while placing the order will be deducted from the refund amount. The discount so deducted from the refund
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Any discount availed with the use of Coupon Code while placing the order shall be deducted from the refund amount in totality. This deduction of discount (offered at the time of sale) from the refund amount shall be full and not proportional to the quantity or value of the return.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All disputes are subject to Amritsar Jurisdiction only.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

Shipping policy
International orders are shipped in Pashtush Branded Hard Paper Pouches. Pre-paid domestic (within India) orders are shipped in Pashtush Wooden Look Gift Boxes.
Domestic Shipping (within India)
All orders confirmed on the website are shipped within a period 3 working days. We will ship your courier with the best suited courier service for your pin-code. Cash on delivery is available at more than 200 pincodes within India. Currently we ship using Fedex, Dtdc, Aramex Delhivery, Ecomexpress and India Post. Delhivery is usually completed in less than 7 working days however shipping to remote areas can take longer depending on the pincode.
International Shipping (outside India)
All orders confirmed on the website are shipped within a period 3 working days. We will ship your courier with the best suited courier service for your zip-code. Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.
Our International Shipping Partners are Fedex and DHL. Depending on the distance your parcel might reach you within 15 working days from the date of shipping. For certain regions shipping may take longer. We only ship via best renowned shipping companies that have live order tracking so that you have details of your package at every step.
Pashtush India is owned and operated and our Import Export code is registered with DGFT India under file number 12/04/130/80067/AM17/ with its registered office in Amritsar Punjab India.

DISCOUNT CODE TERMS
These terms and conditions apply to Pashtush.com Discount code ("Discount code") issued by Pashtush India (Neeraj Traders). These Discount code can be redeemed on www.pashtush.in (website/mobile app) ("Pashtush Website") in the form of Pashtush.com Discount codes ("Discount codes") issued by Pashtush India. Please note that there is no value per se stored on these Discount code and these can only be utilized for redemption into Discount codes. Accordingly, these Discount code do not constitute 'pre-paid payment instruments' in terms of the Policy Guidelines on Issuance and Operation of Pre-paid Payment Instruments in India issued by the Reserve Bank of India, from time to time. By purchasing or using a Discount code Voucher, you are agreeing to and accept these terms and conditions.
Validity, Redemption & Limitations
Discount code are valid till the claim-by-date and can be redeemed on the Pashtush Website only in the form of discount code.
The Discount code will be valid for a period of 3 months from the date of claim (which is the date of issuance of the Discount code by Pashtush India) and such balance may be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable for the Pashtush.com Discount code available on the Pashtush Website ("Discount code Terms").
Discount code may only be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible products on the Pashtush Website. Any such purchases made will be deducted from the redeemer's Discount code. Any unused Discount code will not be refunded or redeemed or applied to further purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's Discount code, the remaining amount must be paid with by credit card, net banking or debit card. No fees or charges apply to Discount codes. Discount code cannot be used to purchase other Discount codes. Unused Discount codes associated with Pashtush.com account may not be transferred to another Pashtush.com account.
Usage Restrictions for Discount code
There are certain rules and restrictions which limit the use of Discount code. Your Discount code will be redeemable provided that it fulfills the set criterion, including the below mentioned:
1. Discount code is claimed within the claim by date mentioned on the Discount code.
2. Discount code will be subject to the terms and conditions of specific campaigns run by Pashtush from time to time including limits as set on the number of Discount code which can be claimed in a customer account.
If the above criteria is not met, you will get to know the reason on the Pashtush Website at the time of claiming the Discount code. You cannot file claims and refunds for any Pashtush.com Discount code.
