Agreement for Deliverables and Responsibilities

This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between you, hereinafter referred to as the "Influencer," and Pashtush India Private Limited, hereinafter referred to as the "Brand." This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of content for social media campaigns (the "Deliverables").

1. Deliverables and Timely Completion

The Influencer hereby agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein and commits to producing the Deliverables as outlined in the scope of the social media campaign. The Influencer undertakes to use their best professional abilities to ensure the successful completion of the campaign. The deadline for submission of the content is within a range of 4 to 7 days from the date of receiving the relevant product.

2. Unforeseeable Circumstances and Alternate Options

In the event that the Influencer is unable to fulfill their obligations due to unforeseeable circumstances, the Influencer shall take either of the following actions:

a) Return the product to Pashtush India Private Limited, bearing the associated delivery charges, in a timely manner. [8-10 working days].

b) Provide a refund to Pashtush India Private Limited equivalent to the Manufacturer's Retail Price (MRP) of the product incase products are not returned on time.

3. Liability and Consequences

All liability pertaining to the Deliverables, as established in this Agreement, rests solely with the Influencer. By accepting the terms and conditions herein, the Influencer acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of the full consequences, whether positive or negative, arising from the delivery or non-delivery of the Deliverables.

4. Obligation for Services

Should the Influencer commit to delivering their services to the Brand on a monetary or barter basis, the Influencer is legally obligated to fulfill this commitment. Refusal to comply with this obligation shall render the Influencer liable to legal action initiated by the Brand to seek appropriate remedies.

By executing this Agreement, both parties acknowledge their full understanding of the terms and their intention to be bound by the legal obligations set forth herein.
